Portable Solar Powered Barrier Install – Cheshire
A recently installed portable, Solar-Powered Barrier with various access control features, at a client’s site in Cheshire.
Our Solar-Powered Barriers offer an effective, enduring solution for securing parking areas and for controlling access to premises. They are specifically designed for sites where running a mains power supply is impractical and/or cost-prohibitive. This independent, green, power source, combined with a robust backup battery system, ensures continuous, reliable operation, making it a powerful physical and visual deterrent.
This particular client had a specification which meant that the Barrier was required to be portable yet solar powered, thus eliminating the need to up route cabling etc. from a mains power supply, when it was required to be moved.
At this site, mobility of the Barrier was paramount. Therefore, we fitted the Barrier pedestal and accessories to a fork lift friendly steel platform, allowing for ease of movement whenever required. This also eliminated the requirement for groundworks / civils works, meaning less time spent subcontracting, less money spent on the groundworks themselves and no trace left when the equipment is moved around.
As with all Barriers, customisable access control methods are available to meet your site’s operational needs, including Proximity Card readers, various Intercom systems, Radio Frequency Fobs, and Digital Keypads.
