Ticket Issuing and Payment Validation Machines
The ANPR system does not require the validation machine nor the ticket issuing machine. When a car drives in the registration is logged by the ANPR  camera and the time recorded on the system when the customer comes to leave they go to the payment machine enter there registration and simply return to the car within the allotted time and drive to the barrier which will recognise there registration as paid and open the barrier automaticly letting the customer out.  This system does not generate any paper trail unless the customer requires a receipt.
