Auto Mate Systems Ltd awarded CHAS Premium Plus status

As of December 2018, Auto Mate Systems Ltd is a CHAS Premium Plus approved business. Following our recent approval from CHAS, we are pleased to announce our Premium Plus level assessments areas that passed the CHAS compliance measures.

Below are the areas that required approval to allow us to become a Premium Plus approved company;

Health & Safety – The assessment is carried out by one of the CHAS qualified assessors, who have specialisms including designer, principal designer and care sector, meaning that assurance of the assessor’s knowledge base is both appropriate and relevant
Environmentally Verified – Following on from a strict question set in alignment with PAS 91 standards
Quality Management Verified – In-line with our recent ISO9001:2015 pass, our Quality Management standards are high
Equal Opportunities & Diversity Verified – We supplied in depth information on our equality and diversity policies, along with how we promote this to our workforce. All compliant with current legislation
Financial & Business Standing Verified – We provided sufficient evidence to prove financial capability for delivering requirements of contracts and business works, showing low-level risk for buying organisations
Anti-Bribery & Corruption Verified – We gave assurances to CHAS that adequate procedures are in place to prevent corrupt practices. Also providing corporate sustainability as part of the United Global Compact, where it is seeking to eradicate corrupt practices in all forms
Modern Slavery Verified – We provided evidence of company best practice and policies to give assurances that these practices do not exist within our company, and, within companies/contractors that we use. Evidence was also supplied through our Anti-Slavery policy, along with answering a strict set of questions from the CHAS assessment team
